Appointments
The surgery is now based on a strict appointment system only. The morning session runs from 08:30 to 12:00. The afternoon session runs from 12:00 to 18:00. We offer the same day service and operates as telephone triage leading to a face to face appointment on the same day. The appointment system operates for all the clinics and additional services.

Telephone Service
We will try to respond to your calls as efficiently as possible. During surgery hours, if you get a ringing tone please hold on—the receptionist will answer your call as soon as the line is free. The nurse is available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If they are busy please leave your contact number with the receptionist for the doctor or nurse to call you back.
Cancellations
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
Defaulting an Appointment
We ask that patients keep appointments or tell us as soon as possible if a booking becomes inconvenient. Defaulting appointments can be detrimental to you, the practice and other patients.
We operate a practice policy for patients who fail to attend their appointments.
If you fail to attend two appointments with a healthcare professional you will receive a warning letter reminding you of the importance of cancelling unwanted appointments. If following this letter you fail to attend a further appointment without cancelling it you will be sent a letter advising that you should now find another Surgery, and you will removed from our practice list.
